Leek and Potato Soup

 

 

2 baking potatoes

2 leeks

1 white onion

1 stock cube

500ml of boiling water

Oregano, parsley, basil salt to seasoning

 

Chop it up and wack it in a big pot, half and hour later it's done!

Add salt to taste and herbs so that it looks nice and flecky
