Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic
- 1 Cup lentils
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1/2-3/4 cups veg soc
- 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
- Spices (ginger, pepper, salt, cumin, curry)
First, start off by chopping up the onion and garlic, and add them to a pot with olive oil. Prepare the stock, rinse the lentils and then put everything together: Add the veg stock, the lentils and then the tomato sauce, coconut milk and spices. Leave to simmer and ensure the lentils are soft. Enjoy!
Tip: eat the dahl as is, or serve with rice!
