RAG and Choose a Challenge are looking for motivated students to become Challenge Leaders, who will gather and lead teams of peers on the adventure of a lifetime! We are currently recruiting Challenge Leaders for our international challenges- the Budapest Marathon and a cycle from London to Paris, both taking place in 2024.
What is a challenge leader?
A Challenge Leader is a motivated and forward-thinking student who has a desire to take on an a Choose a Challenge Adventure, with the aim of raising money and awareness for their chosen charity. Being a Challenge Leader also gives you the chance to develop valuable and transferrable skills, as the role will also include recruiting other students to join and creating a dedicated team who have the potential to raise huge amounts of money for charity.
Why should I become a challenge leader?
There are so many benefits to becoming a challenge leader! Just a few include being in a prime position for future employment, great transferrable skills, Challenge brand stash, discount on your challenge registration fee and a chance to build a community with likeminded people.
How do I apply?
We are currently seeking Challenge Leaders for the Budapest Marathon which is taking place in October 2024 and the London to Paris Cycle on the 28 June 2024. Challenge Leaders will get 50% discount on the challenge sign up fee if they reach their sign-up target.
