Are you enthusiastic, energetic, and looking for an exciting, casual role? We’re recruiting Casual Team Members to support our incredible programme of events.

At the SU, we host some of the most exciting weekly and seasonal events on campus, including Score, Mixology, The Plug Quiz, Freshers’ Week, and the Summer Ball.

As part of our Ents Team, you’ll play a vital role in bringing these events to life.

What You’ll Do:

This is a varied role where no two shifts are the same. Responsibilities include:

• Social Media Content: Capture photos and videos at events to share on our platforms.
• Marketing and Promotions: Boost event awareness through ticket sales, face-to-face conversations, and campus activities.
• Guest Management: Be the welcoming face for attendees, manage door entry, and assist with “meet and greet.”
• Event Feedback: Interact with students to gather their thoughts and report back to the management team.
• VIP Coordination: Liaise with external acts, bands, DJs, and celebrity guests.
• Event Logistics: Ensure guest riders are delivered and act as a bridge between acts and venue management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with bar, security, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

Hourly pay is £12.00 an hour + Holiday Pay = £13.45 an hour
