Ceremony Assistant (24 positions)

We are looking for Graduation Ceremony Assistants to provide on-site support to our robing team at our Bath University ceremonies. As a Ceremony Assistant you will work as part of a larger team to pick ideal sized attire for students, correctly dress the students in their graduation wear and neatly fold all academic dress returns ready to be reinstated into the warehouse. You will also converse with and reassure nervous students, helping them relax and enjoy their day.
