Would you like to join a small, yet dedicated team committed to providing a tip top service to our customers? We are looking for a Food Service/Hospitality Assistant who will have total accountability for delivering a truly memorable customer experience with our hospitality services across Monkton on a shift-by-shift basis ensuring the skillful, smooth and timely delivery of all our food services with support from your colleagues, management team and chef brigade.
You will need to be well presented with a welcoming smile and be in the right place at the right time to deliver these services. You will receive customer feedback first-hand and need to share this with the team so we can continually improve our service offer. You will work closely with the Team Leaders and Assistant Managers to ensure all standards are maintained in all areas of our operations.
You will assist in the provision of a professional food service to the pupils and staff at the school, with specific responsibility for the standard of cleanliness and hygienic operation of the kitchen, dining room and associated areas, including the cleanliness of light and heavy equipment and utensils.
