Inclusivity Awards

UoBFFC has been awarded the Gold Inclusivity Award for the 2021/22 season, having previously received the award for 2020/21 the 2019/20 season at a silver level. This was awarded due to the club's efforts to improve the following: participation of female and non-binary members; postgraduates; the LGBT+ community; BAME groups; and students with disabilities. We have also endeavoured to make club activities more available to members of a lower socio-economic group, as well as promotion of non-alcohol orientated socials.

The Women's sections of our club have also received the inclusivity award in 2017 and 2018.

We are extremely proud of our efforts to be a progressive and welcoming club. If you have any concerns, ideas or inspiration as to how we can further our ambitions, please contact our Welfare and Inclusivity Officer below.

Please note that to take part in any of our club's football activities, you will need to purchase a £30 "All Sports" Membership and the £10 Club Membership, which covers everything from equipment, kit and referees to insurance for the year. This can be purchased on the left-hand-side navigator.
