CESA organises annual visits to industrial sites for chemical engineering undergraduates. These are primarily aimed at 2nd and 3rd years that may be in the process of applying for industrial placements, and a site visit may well help you with deciding what you might want to do! Despite this, anyone is welcome to attend site visits and are always a very worthwhile attending and typically include:

• A tour of the site

• Opportunities to talk to current employees, often chemical engineers or managers

• Meeting chemical engineers from other years and current placement students

You MUST be a member of CESA to attend any site visit

This year we are hoping to follow the successess of the annual visit to Exxonmobil, on top of this we are hoping to have a visit to sustainable and future development site.
