Heyyyy! Join me to work on your full body mobility to improve your flexibility using both dynamic and static stretches. During this session, we will aim to relieve stiffness in your muscles, improve your mobility and relax after a hard week :)
Requirements: Beginner friendly, make sure to wear comfy clothes, strongly recommend bringing a yoga mat (if you have one) and a water bottle.
