Edge Membership

Edge Membership allows you to book our individual practice rooms throughout the year. It is open to all current students, both undergraduate and postgraduate. Membership will last for the duration of the academic year and will expire on 31/07.

Please note that it will take up to 24 hours for your membership to process before you can book rooms. You will NOT receive a confirmation email that your membership has been processed, so please wait 1 day before logging into the online booking portal. If after 24 hours you find you are not able to use the system, please get in touch via su-arts@bath.ac.uk

Please read the Edge Membership purchase receipt carefully, even if you have purchased an Edge Membership in previous years!

Individual Room Bookings

Have an existing Agora account and stuggling to log in? Please create a NEW Agora account, registering your Bath email, as your existing account may have been deleted during our Society Membership clear out!

Please be reminded:

- Individual room bookings are limited to a maximum of 2 hours per day, up to 4 hours total per week 
- Rooms may be booked between 2 hours and 1 week in advance. If emailing to book please leave extra time for us to respond

Most rooms can be booked via our online room-booking portal called Agora, though some need to be booked by email (please refer to the below table for information).
